My aviation journey began at SriLankan Airlines and was further refined through more than 20 years as a Cabin Crew Recruiter with Qatar Airways — one of the world’s leading five-star airlines. During this time, I worked across global and multicultural recruitment markets, consistently upholding uncompromising luxury brand standards.
I have led large-scale international recruitment campaigns across multiple continents, while also conducting precise final-stage selections — giving me the rare ability to identify both high-potential candidates and truly five-star, airline-ready talent.
