The Global Crew is a recruiter-led cabin crew coaching platform founded by former recruiter from Qatar Airways. We provide online coaching programmes, resources, and guidance to individuals preparing for airline cabin crew assessments and interviews. Our website is operated at theglobalcrew.co.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or purchasing

We reserve the right to refuse access to any person who does not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account on our platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not share your account access with any third party
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Programmes & Services

Programme Description

We offer cabin crew coaching programmes that may include live sessions, pre-recorded content, written materials, group workshops, and one-to-one coaching calls. Full details of each programme — including content, duration, and pricing — are described on the relevant programme page at the time of purchase.

No Guarantee of Employment

Our coaching programmes are designed to improve your preparation and confidence for cabin crew assessments. However, we do not guarantee employment, interview success, or any specific outcome. Airline recruitment decisions are made independently by those airlines and are outside our control.

Programme Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any programme or service at any time. Where material changes affect a programme you have already purchased, we will notify you in advance and offer an appropriate remedy.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice. When you purchase a programme:

• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered
• We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card details
• All transactions are in the currency displayed at checkout
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital & Online Programmes

Due to the digital nature of our content, all sales of online programmes are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. We encourage you to read the programme description carefully before purchasing.

Booking Calls & Live Sessions

For one-to-one coaching calls or live sessions:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full credit for rescheduling
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable
• No-shows without prior notice forfeit the session fee entirely

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g. a medical emergency), please contact us at hello@theglobalcrew.co and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programmes — including but not limited to text, videos, audio recordings, slide decks, worksheets, frameworks, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Global Crew and is protected by copyright law.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Share login credentials or grant access to your account to others
• Record or re-broadcast any live session
• Use our content for commercial purposes or create derivative works

We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend access, or terminate accounts in breach of these rules.
